To keep the Stars you collected in the previous rewards programme, you will need to register for the new programme so their transfer can be completed.

No. Stars can only be credited through the PADU app by scanning your receipt. Your payment method — cash, card, or POS is no longer connected to earning Stars.

No. The benefits you have already earned will not be lost. They will be transferred to your account in the new rewards programme within 10 business days from your registration.

Yes. You can collect Stars by scanning the receipt included with your delivery order through the PADU app.

There is a limit of two (2) receipt scans per day. If you make additional purchases on the same day, you can keep the extra receipts and scan them on subsequent days, provided they are still valid for submission.

Your receipt is required in order to collect Stars. Without it, the corresponding Stars cannot be credited to your account.

If your Stars do not appear and you have not exceeded the daily limit of two receipt scans, please contact us at sr@starbucks.com.gr for assistance.

You can view your Star balance at any time in the PADU app.

Yes. Two membership tiers exist:

Green
Gold

Once you collect 500 Stars, you will be upgraded to Gold status and gain access to additional benefits.

Once you collect 500 Stars, you will automatically be upgraded to the Gold membership tier. Your upgrade takes place on the day following the date on which you reach the required number of Stars.

Yes. All Stars earned within a 12‑month period count toward earning or maintaining Gold status, regardless of whether you have already redeemed them.
As long as you earn 500 Stars within this period, you will maintain your Gold membership status. (Gold status is based on Stars earned, not on your available Star balance.)

Gold Members are entitled to up to three complimentary add-ons with every beverage, such as an extra espresso shot, syrup, whipped cream, or other available customization options.

Stars can be redeemed through the PADU app for electronic gift vouchers, which can be used at participating Starbucks stores.

You can view all your available gift vouchers within the Starbucks Rewards section of the PADU app.

Yes, provided that the voucher terms allow it and the vouchers are available in your account at the time of the transaction.

Yes. You can redeem a gift voucher and still earn Stars on the eligible portion of the transaction.

Yes. All members are eligible for a complimentary birthday beverage, provided that their date of birth has been added to their PADU profile before their birthday, allowing the system to issue the relevant gift voucher.

If your date of birth is entered on your birthday, it may take a few hours for the voucher to appear in your account.

To ensure the timely delivery of your birthday voucher, we recommend updating your date of birth well in advance of your birthday.

Stars are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned, while gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.

Not yet. The PADU app is currently available only in Greek. However, we are already working on introducing English language support in a future release.

he PADU app is available in the Cyprus App Store and Google Play Store.
If the app does not appear in your App Store, your Apple ID may be associated with another country’s App Store. In that case, you will need to change your App Store country or region to Cyprus, or use an Apple ID linked to the Cyprus App Store.

No. Your Stars, gift vouchers, and membership status are linked to your account, not your device. Simply sign in on your new device using the same mobile phone number associated with your account.

Yes. An Internet connection via Wi‑Fi or mobile data is required to submit and process your receipt.

You can update your name, email address, and date of birth directly through the PADU app.
To change your mobile phone number, please contact the PADU Support Team, as your mobile number is used for account identification and security purposes.
